Giorgia works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Rome office, where she is a member of the Corporate and Commercial department.

Giorgia deals mainly with commercial and corporate law and, in particular, she has gained experience in cross-border M&A operations, providing assistance and consultancy to Italian and foreign clients.

She is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
