Gianluca Guancioli works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Rome office, where he is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Corporate and Commercial departments.
He provides legal advice in corporate law, assisting companies and investment funds in both ordinary and extraordinary transactions, also providing assistance on governance matters as well as commercial and corporate contracts.
He has gained solid experience in the venture capital sector, where he regularly assists VC funds, startups and scaleups.
Gianluca is also regularly involved in real estate transactions, such as the acquisition and disposal of properties and real estate portfolios, both through asset deals and share deals.
He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
