SANTOLIN

Gaia Santolin works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where she is a member of the Industrial and Intellectual Property, Health Care and Pharmaceutical, TMT–Telecommunications, Media and Technology departments.

Driven by a keen interest in the interplay between Intellectual Property and Life Sciences, she graduated in July 2023 with a thesis in Intellectual Property Law entitled “Covid-19 Global Vaccine Policy: Balancing Intellectual Property Rules and the Right to Health in the International and European Legal Framework”.
