Gaia Benessia works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Turin office, where she is a member of the Corporate and Commercial,  Dispute Resolution, Mergers and acquisitions, private equity departments.

Gaia Benessia has developed solid professional experience in the field of commercial and corporate law, with particular reference to both judicial and out-of-court assistance to auditors, auditing firms, and corporate bodies. She has also gained experience in transactions involving the acquisition of shareholdings and companies, including those related to the Third Sector.

She has taken part and continues to take part as a speaker in conferences and training courses in the field of auditing and, more generally, corporate law, and has contributed as a co-author to commentaries on corporate law.

She is member of the International Bar Association (IBA)
