Fiorenza Resta has been Partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2016, and is working in the Rome and Milan offices in the Real Estate Department.
She has always assisted private and institutional investitors, both Italian and foreign, in transactions of high economic relevance, starting from 1987 with acquisitions, developments and dismissals of large real estate portfolios. In the year 2000 she established the first Italian real estate fund pursuant to D.Lgs. 58/1998 for one of the major financial institutions. She also worked on various contributions of buildings/portfolios into real estate funds, listed and not, for the most relevant investment management companiesand funds.
She has been an independent member of BoDs in banks and investment management companies.
She is working pro bono in favor of non-profit associations and she is active in initiatives of a social relevance.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
