Filippo works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where he is a member of the Employment department.

Filippo provides assistance related to labor law litigation, the drafting of subordinate employment and independent contractor contracts (as well as their termination), acquistion and sale of companies and going concerns, legal due diligence activities and he advices on health and safety in the workplace.

He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
