Filippo Fioretti has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2016, and is mainly based in our Rome office, where he heads our Antitrust and Competition Department.
Filippo advises national and international clients before the European Commission or the Italian Competition Authority in the framework of merger control filings and antitrust investigations concerning alleged cartels and abuses of a dominant position. He regularly advises clients in the implementation of antitrust compliance program also providing training and induction to the managers and employees.  He also regularly assists clients before the Italian Courts in antitrust litigation and private enforcement cases.
In addition to his Competition and Antitrust practice, Filippo has significant experience in assisting clients in FDI filings. 
Filippo is a member of IPLaw, an association within the LUISS University of Rome, which organises conferences and seminars on competition, IT and IP law, at which Filippo regularly speaks. In addition, Filippo is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association).
