Federico Cavazza Rossi has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2009 and is working out of our Milan office.
Federico has broad experience in advising major Italian and overseas clients on real estate transactions, as well as M&A, LBO and private equity.
At present his attention is principally focused on the real estate sector, advising leading operators in this sector on the structuring and execution of sales and purchases of residential, service sctor and commercial property developments. He further advises clients during the various phases of development and/or management of these properties, as well as on the structuring and implementation of joint ventures.
Federico has gained solid experience in the area of real estate litigation, both before the courts and in arbitration.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
