Emanuela Pozzi is Counsel at Pavia e Ansaldo, and is working out of our Rome office.
Her area of specialization is employment and social insurance, and she advises Italian and overseas clients in contentious and non-contentious matters involving all aspects of employment law, industrial relations, social security and, in general, all matters connected with company restructuring and reorganization, transfer of business unit, disciplinary procedures, and the management of human resources.
Emanuela also has extensive expertise in matters relating to safety at work, and advises clients on the adoption and updating of organization and control models as required under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as well as regularly sitting on Supervisory Committees as either President or ordinary member.
She is a member of Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI), the Italian employment lawyers association and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
