Ekaterina Vilenskaya works in Pavia e Ansaldo’s Moscow office. Before joining Pavia e Ansaldo Ekaterina worked for more than twelve years in the international law firm where she headed the real estate and international trade practices.
Ekaterina has an extensive experience advising international and domestic clients on all types of the real estate transactions: sales and acquisitions, leases, privatisation and property development. Ekaterina has a thorough understanding of town planning and zoning, land legislation, ecology and regulatory laws.
She also has a large experience representing the international clients in the Eurasian Economic Commission within the international trade investigations (antidumping, special saveguard).
Ekaterina is an author of varios legal articles, a member of AEB and CCI FR real estate committees.
