Daniele Carminati has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2014, and works mainly out of our Milan and Rome offices, where he heads the firm’s Middle East and Turkey Desk.
Daniele’s practice prevalently covers contractual and advisory work in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as private international law.
Daniele is an expert in the drafting and negotiation of national and international supply and construction contracts. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of construction, engineering and project management, EPC and O&M contracts and boasts a deep understanding of FIDIC contracts and the common practice surrounding their use.
Daniele is frequently involved in cross border transactions in the Middle East, where he has acquired extensive experience advising Italian corporations operating in a number of GCC countries.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
