Caterina Luciani has been a partner in Pavia e Ansaldo since 2008, and is based in our Rome office.
Caterina is a specialist in advising banks and other financial institutions on loans, securitization, and other types of structured finance.
She has extensive experience in Shipping and Transportation law, regularly acting for airline companies in contract structuring, drafting and negotiation for the purchase of aircraft, aircraft parts and aircraft leasing.
Caterina also has a solid background in the negotiation of EU funding, advising several Italian regions in this matter.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
