Carlo Trucco has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2015 and is working out of our Milan office.
Carlo’s practice is prevalently focused on mergers, acquisitions, sale of business units, joint ventures and distressed company acquisitions, along with other corporate transactions carried out by private equity funds, and Italian and multinational corporations both domestically and internationally. He also advises on financial and corporate restructuring and reorganization transactions, as well as acting for banks, asset management companies and other financial institutions in financial and banking regulatory matters.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
