Arianna works out of Pavia e Ansaldo’s Milan office, where she is a member of the the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate and Commercial departments.

Arianna advises italian and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as on corporate law matters. She has also gained experience in national and international commercial agreements.

She is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
