All the advisors in the sale of the former railway station of Porta Romana in Milan

Milan, 25 November 2022 – On 24 November 2022, the “Porta Romana” real estate investment fund – promoted and managed by COIMA SGR and underwritten by Covivio, Prada Holding and the COIMA ESG City Impact fund – following the public competitive procedure called by the FS Italiane Group in November 2020, finalised the purchase of the former Porta Romana railway station area for 180 million euros.

 

The development of the area for the realization of a functional mix will contribute to redefine the urban fabric of the district both with reference to public spaces and private functions. The area, which occupies a surface of approximately 20 hectares, will also host in an initial phase the Olympic Village for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games with accommodation for Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
