Alessandra Grandoni is Counsel with Pavia e Ansaldo, and is based in our Rome office, where she practices in the Corporate and Commercial and Banking and Finance departments, as well as representing clients in Litigation and Arbitration matters.
Alessandra advises domestic and foreign companies in commercial and corporate law related matters, ordinary and extraordinary transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and a broad range of commercial agreements.
In the banking and finance area, Alessandra regularly advises corporations and banks in cash-flow financing or signature loans transactions in a variety of technical forms, including the drafting and negotiation of loan agreements and their relative guarantees.
Alessandra is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
