Finint enters with ABC Company in Serinex: the Firms
Milan, 17th May 2023 – Finint Investments’ fund, Finint Equity for Growth (Finint E4G), has finalised its entry into Serinex S.r.l. of Annone di Brianza (LC), a company active in the design, production and marketing of toolholders and accessories for labour centres and numerical control machines.
The transaction involves the participation, with a minority stake, of ABC Company S.r.l. alongside Finint. There will also be a significant reinvestment by the current shareholders, who will continue to lead the company founded in 1989 by Piermario Negri and Serafino Riva.
The entry in the capital of Finint Equity for Growth (Finint E4G) and of ABC Company is aimed at supporting the company’s growth path, with particular attention to the consolidation of its presence on the international market, to the increase of production capacity through the purchase of new machinery and to the improvement of customer service, also through a strengthening of the managerial structure.
The buyer was assisted, in relation to all corporate, M&A and banking aspects, by the Pavia e Ansaldo law firm with a team coordinated by partner Alberto Bianco and comprising Erica Lepore, Chiara Condello and Beatrice Trombi, as well as Valentina Simonelli, Michele Adduci, Francesco Vitella and Filippo Villa in relation to labour law aspects.
The tax and financial due diligence was performed by KPMG S.p.A., while Studio CBA, with a team comprising partner Francesco Assegnati and Andrea Motta, handled the structuring of the transaction.
Serinex was assisted by Unistudio Corporate Finance (M&A), with a team comprised of Paolo Ferrari, Paolo Antonini, Donatella Adami and Federica Contolini, and by Unistudio Legal & Tax, with a team comprised of Senior Partner Enrico Repetto assisted by Edoardo Tonetti and Andrea Airaghi Colombo, in relation to legal & tax aspects.
