The Real Estate department is rendering assistance in phases of both structuring and implementing a variety of types of real estate transactions and is giving strategic advice in this sector. The team can count on professionals with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector, who can call, if needed, on the expertise of colleagues in other departments (litigation, administrative, environment, tax, banking, investment funds) to provide a fully integrated service.
The department has built up a vast real estate client base, ranging from companies and funds (listed and unlisted) to public bodies, pension funds, private and institutional investors, banks, retail developers and retail companies. These clients can rely on our sector-specific expert assistance in commercial, office building, hospitality, industrial, residential, and logistics transactions.
The projects are handled with a strong problem solving approach and with maximum attention to investment return goals and costs control.
